However, if something arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery at info@monsoonskin.com. Kindly include your order number and a clear photo of the item in question — we’ll do our best to make it right.
Lost or Damaged Orders
We handle each package with care, but sometimes things happen in transit:
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us with photos so we can assist you.
- If your parcel is lost or missing, we’ll liaise with the courier to investigate. However, we are not liable once a package has been marked as delivered.
