Shipping & Processing

At MONSOON SKIN, we believe in slow beauty and thoughtful service. Each order is prepared with care and intention, shipped from Australia using Australia Post. Once your order is placed, please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing. During busy times such as product launches or holiday periods, processing may take a little longer.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping (within Australia): 2 to 8 business days

  • Express Shipping (within Australia): 1 to 3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7 to 20 business days, depending on location and customs

Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping within Australia on orders over AUD $150

  • Standard Shipping (within Australia): flat rate of AUD $10

  • Express Shipping (within Australia): flat rate of AUD $13

  • International Shipping: calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to you. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office, and verifying your shipping address. If it’s still missing, please contact Australia Post directly and then reach out to us at info@monsoonskin.com — we’ll do our best to assist, though please note we cannot take responsibility for packages that have been marked as delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, we’re truly sorry. Please email us within 5 days of delivery at info@monsoonskin.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we’ll help resolve the issue with either a replacement or store credit, where appropriate. If you received the wrong item or your order is missing something, please notify us within 3 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the sensitive, personal nature of skincare products and in line with hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We encourage you to review the product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before placing your order, and we’re always here to help if you have any questions. International Orders & Customs
For international customers, please be aware that customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. Customs processing may also cause delays that are outside of our control. All international orders are shipped with full tracking when available.
